WHAT DUTIES WILL YOU HAVE?
- Introduce the company and our unique solutions to customers and partners in European markets (Germany, Benelux, France, Italy, Spain)
- Drive the entire sales process
- Build and manage your sales pipeline
- Generate and engage with new leads
- Qualify leads for sales opportunities
- Discover prospects’ needs
- Manage and close the sales process
- Iterate with the engineering and production teams to define the best solution for prospects
- Create and introduce solution proposals to prospects
- Iterate and negotiate the proposal with prospects
- Close sales opportunities
- Prepare to contract
- Manage customers
- Collect customer feedback
- Propose cross-selling opportunities
- Build and manage your sales pipeline
- Plan and implement sales campaigns according to the strategy defined by the company’s owners and management
- Based on market feedback, propose possible modifications and refinements of strategic directions
- Represent Continest at international exhibitions and professional events
- Maintain continuous contact with representatives of the international partner network
- Administrate processes so that information is available and up-to-date
- Constantly monitor market trends and changes
WHEN SHOULD YOU APPLY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY?
- you have a higher education
- you have 3-5 years of professional experience, and the results achieved can be verified
- your language skills in English are at a negotiating level, and you may also speak other foreign languages
- you have experience in international sales
- you have confident computer skills
- you have worked in a CRM system before
- you are the owner of a type B driver’s license
- you like to travel
- you like to plan and see processes in a systematic way to improve efficiency
